Just Follow the step by step guide:

• Download and save Samsung reset tool for CLX-3185 to your harddisk
• Extract compressed file.
• Turn on your printer
• Drag and drop file *.hd to usbprns2.exe or simplest double click on download.bat
• Wait for re-flashing firmware complete
• Restart your printer.

Do not turn off printer while reflashing firmware. It might damage your printer and might be it can�t be recover anymore. Do the work with risk!
